Chia Chen Nien

Chia Chen (Emma) Nien has held various roles in data analysis and management throughout their career. Chia Chen (Emma) is currently the Senior Director of Data Management & Science at Cohere Health. Prior to that, they worked at Welltok, Inc. where they held positions such as Director of Data Analysis, Manager of Data Analysis, and Senior Data Analyst. Chia Chen (Emma) also gained experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst at SCIO Health Analytics®. Additionally, they had an internship as a Sales & Accounting Assistant at Hsin-Cheng Wholesale Company and served as the President of the Student Association in the Department of Economics, where they successfully organized various social activities for a large group of students.

Chia Chen (Emma) Nien holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Fu Jen Catholic University, from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in SAS Advanced Programming for SAS 9 in 2014 and SAS Base Programming for SAS 9 in 2013.
