Jennifer Dwyer

Jennifer (Jenni) Dwyer began their work experience as an Osteopathic Intern at ILLINOIS MASONIC MEDICAL CENTER in 2008. Jennifer (Jenni) then went on to work as a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Resident at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they served as an Immediate Care Physician and Sports Medicine Fellow at Presence Resurrection Medical Center from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Jennifer worked as a Physician at Associates Physicians of Rehabilitation, LLC. Jennifer (Jenni) then became the Medical Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation at Louis A Weiss Memorial Hosp from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Northwest Permanente P.C. as a Physician, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Jennifer serves as an Associate Medical Director at Cohere Health.

Jennifer Dwyer attended Kansas City University from 2004 to 2008. Jennifer (Jenni) then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Science at The University of Kansas from 1999 to 2003.
