Daniel Avnieli

Daniel Avnieli's work experience spans several roles in different companies. In 2013, they worked as a Server and Employee Trainer at Wood Ranch, where they interviewed and trained employees, implemented a reward recognition program, and handled customer interactions. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Sales Lead at Home Team Builders, coordinating leads, overseeing projects, and managing supplier negotiations. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Project Manager and Sales Lead at New Leaf Remodeling, where they managed a team, tracked jobs, and developed financial systems. In 2019, they served as a Host at The Network Effects, conducting interviews with business leaders and leveraging the platform to help educate students during the COVID-19 crisis. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Co-Founder at Social Dynamic, focusing on providing marketing expertise to small and medium-sized businesses transitioning to an online platform. In 2021, they co-founded Wyzer Capital, leading customer development efforts, creating wireframes and user flows, building a design system and UI/UX, and establishing a customer waitlist. In 2022, they joined Coherent as the Head of Growth & Ops.

Daniel Avnieli has a strong educational background in business administration and marketing analytics. From 2019 to 2022, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Analytics. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Emphasis from Moorpark College Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In May 2022, they earned the "Ultimate Masterclass in Figma" certification from The Designership. In April 2020, they became an "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" certified by IBM. Daniel also holds certifications in Google Ads Search and Google Analytics Individual Qualification, which they obtained in April 2021 and April 2020, respectively. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
