Stela Vasileva

Stela Vasileva has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources. Stela began their career as a Project Assistant at Bulgarian Property Developments and then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Antal International. In 2016, they began working as a Freelance IT Recruitment Enthusiast before joining Energize Global Services as an HR Manager in 2018. After leaving Energize Global Services in 2020, Stela worked as a Contract Recruiter at Novi Global, where they gained international experience in executive search. Stela then joined Atos as a Senior Recruiter before moving to Nexo, a leading regulated digital assets institution, where they also held a Senior Recruiter position. Most recently, in 2021, Stela joined Coherent Solutions as a Senior IT Recruiter.
