Mike Germain

Mike Germain is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Coherent Technical Services, Inc. since May 2023, Mike's previous roles include Principal Systems Engineer at MITRE from October 2018 to May 2023 and Senior Systems Engineer at Coherent Technical Services from April 2006 to October 2018. Prior to these positions, Mike worked as a Senior Principal Engineer at ARINC Engineering Services, LLC from June 1995 to April 2006 and as an Industrial Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center from June 1990 to June 1995. Mike holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from National University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech (1985-1990).
