Cebin Foo

Cebin Foo holds the IHRP-CP certification and currently serves as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Cohu, Inc., having progressed through roles as Senior Executive and Human Resources Executive since September 2020. Prior experience includes leadership in accounting and corporate services at RebateMango from October 2017 to September 2020, finance specialization at WIND Group Pte Ltd between January 2016 and October 2017, and payroll management for the APAC region at S&P Global from June 2014 to December 2015. Cebin Foo started the career as an Assistant Accountant at NTUC Link Pte Ltd from July 2006 to May 2014 and as an Account Assistant at Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd from October 2004 to June 2006. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Social Work with a focus on Clinical/Medical Social Work from Unisim, completed in 2011.
