Richard previously held the title of President at Vogtland Suspension USA & Canada and Business Development Manager at MW Industries, Inc. Richard also served as the Technical Director at Eibach Springs. Richard graduated with a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
