Daisy Linden

Daisy Linden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee experience at Coinbase since June 2018, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management. In this role, Daisy collaborates with diverse teams to nurture leadership and critical talent. Previous positions at Coinbase included Senior Director of Employee Experience and Benefits and Global Director of Employee Experience, where Daisy managed the transition to a remote-first model and enhanced employee engagement. Prior to Coinbase, Daisy held various strategic roles at SYPartners, culminating as Managing Strategy Director, focusing on team development and client collaboration. Education includes a B.A. in Psychology from Kenyon College and further studies at Stanford University and the University of Oxford.
