Larry Liu

Larry Liu is a Senior Software Engineer at Coinbase, specializing in product security since January 2022. Previously, Larry served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, focusing on security engineering within the Data Security organization from 2018 to 2022, and contributed to a key management system leveraging hardware security modules. Larry was also active in IEEE as Vice President of the Professional Branch and as Professional Development Director, where numerous resources and events were developed to support members' professional growth. Prior experience includes research roles at the University of Illinois in distributed computing and multimedia operating systems, along with software engineering positions at Salesforce, and early experience as a tennis instructor. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
