Neal Brady

Neal Brady is an accomplished professional in the financial and trading sectors, currently serving as the Head of Markets and Head of Coinbase Derivatives at Coinbase since February 2022. Prior to this role, Neal co-founded and held the position of CEO at FairX, which was acquired by Coinbase, from 2019 to March 2022. Neal's extensive experience includes key leadership roles at ErisX as Executive Chairman and Co-Founder, as well as CEO and Co-Founder of Eris Innovations. Neal has also served as Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development at CME Group, after various positions within the organization, including Director of Emerging Markets Products & Services. Earlier career highlights include CEO and Co-Founder of Liquidity Direct Technology and Managing Director of Electronic Trading at the Chicago Board of Trade. Neal's educational background includes an AB with Honors in Government from Harvard University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia SIPA, and coursework at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
