Hoa Le (Hannah) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hoa also has experience working at HSBC from December 2016 to June 2018 as a Contact Centre Service & Sales Representative - Inbound and Outbound. Hoa'searliest work experience was at A-Au International Forwarding and Trading Joint Stock Company, where they worked as an Accountant Assistance from January 2015 to November 2016.

Hoa Le (Hannah) has a diverse educational background. From 2011 to 2015, they attended HCM University Of Technology (HUTECH), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Following this, from 2012 to 2018, they enrolled at the UNIVERSITY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES (USSH) and completed a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General. Most recently, they attended the University of Economics and Law from 2019 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics law.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hoa Le (Hannah) obtained the Chainalysis Reactor Certification (CRC) from Chainalysis Inc. in October 2022.
