Truc Pham (Tracy)

Truc Pham (Tracy) started working in 2016 as a Shift Leader at Pizza Hut and held this position until April 2019. From June 2019 to May 2020, they worked as a Banquet Waitress at The Reverie Saigon. In June 2020, Tracy joined Grab as a Risk Operations Executive and worked there until January 2022. Currently, they are working at Coinhako as a Compliance Operations Specialist, starting in January 2022.

Truc Pham, also known as Tracy, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Tracy has also obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they completed a certification course in SQL from UniTrain Consulting and Training Co., Ltd. Tracy further enhanced their skills by completing a certification in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills from Human Equation Sdn Bhd in June 2021. Their most recent certification is the Chainalysis KYT Certification, which they obtained from Chainalysis Inc. in October 2022.
