Jessica Boucher

Jessica Boucher has extensive work experience in the technology and professional services industry. Jessica began their career at Ashland, where they held roles as the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Support and later as the Manager of SAP Solutions - OTC/CA. Jessica then transitioned to Sarnova as the Manager of Business Applications Development & Support. Following this, they worked at Socius as a Consulting Manager and later as the Director of Customer Experience. Jessica then joined ECI Software Solutions as the Director of Professional Services. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of US Professional Services at Construction Industry Solutions (COINS) and will soon transition into the role of Global Vice President of Professional Services.

Jessica Boucher has a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University from 2000 to 2003. Jessica has also obtained several certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Customization & Configuration in 2013, Applications in 2012, and Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations in 2012.
