Erin McPhie has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Erin began their career as a Case Manager/ Eligibility at Western Medical. In 2014, they worked as a Fraud Specialist at Visa, as well as a Quality Assurance Specialist at MY FAST PC REPAIR LIMITED. In 2015, they worked as a Client Support Specialist at Solutionreach, Inc. After that, they were a Customer Service Agent at Salt Lake Capital in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Discover Financial Services. In 2019, they worked as an Order Managment Specialist at Proofpoint and a Team Lead at ProPay. In 2020, they worked as a Client Advocate at Global Payments Integrated, and they currently work as a Tier 2 Client Success Representative at CoinZoom.
