Marion Flipo is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Current positions include Directrice générale and Directrice de Marque at COJEAN since October 2019. Marion also has a background as an author of multiple cookbooks, including titles such as "EPEAUTRE FENOUIL ET COMPAGNIE," "CHIA PUDDING," and "Les Quiches de Marion." Prior to these roles, Marion founded Marion Flipo Conseil, providing culinary consulting services from October 2016 to October 2019.
