Elyse Rancourt has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elyse began their career as an intern in Human Resources at Power Corporation of Canada in 2011. During that time, they also held the position of VP Sponsorship - Officer Corporate Relation at the Management Undergraduate Society / McGill. In 2012, Elyse joined BOMBARDIER as a Human Resources Trainee before moving on to become a Human Resources Business Partner, where they supported HR performance management, compensation, leadership review and development programs, employee engagement surveys, and day-to-day HR transactions. Elyse also acted as a focal point for labor relations and unionized manpower planning. In 2016, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Labor Relations Consultant before transitioning to the role of a Human Resources Business Partner, Manager for Eastern Canada. In 2018, they joined Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager for Eastern Canada, overseeing a team of HR professionals supporting the region. Since 2023, Elyse has taken on the role of Director of Human Resources, overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of HR initiatives for the organization.
Elyse Rancourt attended McGill University from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on HR/Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a DEC in Étude Internationales. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in the Tanbridge Leadership Academy Program from Schulich ExecEd in June 2023.
