Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Coladka, Inc. since March 2019 and as Operations Lead at Creative Allies since 2018, where responsibilities include supporting leadership to achieve company goals and supervising summer associates. Previous experience includes a Bank Teller Internship at First Bank (FBNC) and a Shift Lead position at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, where Jessica managed opening and closing operations, compliance, inventory, and customer service. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from High Point University, obtained in 2019.
