Céline Lemercier

Céline Lemercier has extensive work experience in human resources and management development. Céline is currently the Human Resources Director EMEA, LATAM, APAC & Specialties at COLAS. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Director Human Resources for UGI International and as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Louvre Hotels Group. Céline also held HR leadership positions in Compagnie des Alpes, Rexam, JF Hillebrand Global Beverage Logistics, Valeo, and ERIDANIA BEGHIN SAY. Céline has a proven track record in leading HR teams, implementing change management programs, and managing the impact of the pandemic.

Céline Lemercier attended Sciences Po and INSEAD from 1999 to 2000, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field. In 1999, they also completed a four-week executive program at INSEAD. Prior to this, from 1985 to 1988, they studied HR, communication, political science, and economy at Sciences Po.
