Keith Gibson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as the ICT Helpdesk Team Leader at Colchester City Council since April 2017, Keith oversees the internal IT Helpdesk operations for over 1200 staff, managing IT assets and supporting senior IT leaders with budget and delivery tasks. Previously, Keith held roles as an IT Support Specialist at Capita and as a Desktop Support Engineer at both Capita and Serco, where responsibilities included maintaining service level agreements and fostering client relationships. Keith holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Applied Economics from the University of Hertfordshire and A-Levels from Ridgeway Comprehensive.
