Shawna Frazier

Shawna Frazier is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Cold Beer Entertainment Group since June 2021, Shawna has previously held roles including Regional Sales Manager at The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants and Director of Marketing, Sales & Events at Ruth's Chris Steak House. Shawna's expertise includes generating new and repeat private dining clients through effective PR, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. Additionally, experience as Special Events Director at Losers, LLC, and as a Tennessee Titans Cheerleader complements a strong foundation in sales and event management. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Middle Tennessee State University.
