Cody Stipes

Cody Stipes is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the academic sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cold Spring School in Indianapolis since July 2022, Stipes previously held the position of Principal at the same institution from July 2018 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Principal at Indianapolis Public Schools and Team Leader & 7th Grade Math Teacher at KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory. Stipes began a career in education with Teach For America, progressing through multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Teacher Leadership Development. Stipes holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Wabash College, a Masters in Teaching from Marian University Indianapolis, and a Master of Education in School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Marian University Indianapolis, with an expected completion date in May 2027.
