Jeff Holland

Jeff Holland has extensive experience in the real estate industry, beginning with the acquisition of a North Carolina Real Estate License in 2004. Jeff has served in various roles, including Corporate Relocation Manager and Agent Services Representative at Coldwell Banker Advantage in Raleigh, NC, since June 2009. Previously, Jeff was an Administrative Assistant with Team Jodi at The Home Team and Keller Williams Realty, as well as an Administrative Assistant at Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty. Earlier career experiences include management positions at Trans World Entertainment and GameStop, along with a significant tenure at Record Bar, where Jeff started as an Assistant Store Manager. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from East Carolina University and completed further education at Fonville Morisey Real Estate School.
