Craig King

Craig King is an experienced professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the General Manager and COO at Coldwell Banker C&C Properties since June 2021. Previously, Craig held the position of COO at Chase International Real Estate from April 2006 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing profitability, sales accountability, and recruiting. As Chief Operating Officer at Prudential California Realty from June 2003 to April 2006, Craig led significant growth, doubling the organization’s size to 1,400 agents in under three years. Prior to this, Craig served as Senior VP at GMAC Real Estate, managing a national team for a large franchising network, and was Executive Vice President at Direct Buy Corporate, overseeing all operations. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University.
