Lynda Mueller-Nickelson has a diverse work experience that showcases their strong dedication to customer service and helping others. Lynda began their career as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Haynes Real Estate in 2015, where they prioritized understanding their clients' goals and needs to provide them with the best possible guidance in the real estate market. Lynda then joined the same company in 2016 as the Director of Recruitment, Training & Coaching, where they effectively identified and recruited top talent and developed existing and incoming Realtors through customized training pathways. In 2013, Lynda started their own coaching business, specializing in helping clients make pivotal decisions in their personal and professional lives and supporting them in achieving their goals. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monroe County from 2007 to 2015, where they made a significant impact in mentoring programs. Additionally, Lynda worked as a Foster Care Home Licensor at the Community Mental Health Authority in 2010 and as a Program Coordinator at Monroe County Mentors from 2005 to 2007.

Lynda Mueller-Nickelson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Queen's University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Counseling at the University of Phoenix, completing their studies in 2015. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, Lynda received training in Professional and Personal Coaching at the IPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. In May 2020, they obtained an Instructional Design Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
