Deb Redford

Deb Redford, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1984, they founded Redford Financial Services Corporation and served as its CEO until 2006. Following that, they worked as an RN at University Hospital from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they held the position of Manager of Health Care Services at Molina Healthcare. In 2010, they started their own company, Deb The RN, LLC, where they served as the CEO until 2018, providing legal nurse consulting services. In 2018, they became the CEO of both Redford Homes, LLC and Coldwell Banker Legacy LLC, where they oversee residential and commercial real estate investments.

Deb Redford, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, which was completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of New Mexico, graduating in 2007.
