Mariella Varela is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience as a Broker-Associate at Coldwell Banker since March 2004, specializing as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist, and holding Transnational Referral Certified and At Home with Diversity certifications. Prior to their real estate career, Mariella Varela was the Principal Architect and owner of Arcodise C.A from 1976 to 1999, where significant contributions were made to various public projects including nursing homes, schools, and parks. An architect by training, Mariella Varela holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad Central de Venezuela and has furthered expertise with a Broker-Associate degree from a Real Estate School.
