Kelley Kelley, SR/WA, currently serves as Region 1 Vice-Chair and International Ethics Officer for the International Right of Way Association since July 2024, after holding the position of Secretary/Treasurer from July 2022 to June 2024 and past-President and Education Chair of Chapter 57 from July 2015 to June 2023. In addition to leadership roles, Kelley has been a Senior Real Property Agent for the County of Riverside since July 2021, managing complex real property transactions and providing technical guidance to stakeholders. A Realtor Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Top Team since February 2012 and previously a Project Manager at Overland, Pacific, & Cutler, LLC, Kelley possesses extensive real estate experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Capital University.
