Howard Timm

Howard Timm possesses extensive experience in both information technology and real estate. Currently serving as an Information Technology Field Support Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health since May 2021, Timm provides second-tier support for computer hardware and software needs within a modern web-based environment. Timm has also been a Licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker® HomeSale Realty since June 2012, specializing in assisting buyers and sellers in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Previous roles include a Consultant at Northwestern Mutual, Inside Sales positions at Assurant Health/VelaPoint Insurance/Health Markets, and an Agency Principal at Allstate Insurance, highlighting a robust background in sales, project management, and network administration. Timm holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and has completed additional educational programs in business analysis and telecommunications.
