Matthew Rupena is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in property management, rehabilitation, and business, currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent at Coldwell Banker® HomeSale Realty since June 2015. As a Member/Owner of Golden Valley Investments, LLC since March 2012, Matthew specializes in renting and revitalizing distressed properties in West Allis and Milwaukee. In addition, Matthew is the Technical Director for the Racing Roundup Show, the longest-running radio show in the United States, since April 2006. Previously, Matthew held the position of VP at Rupena's Inc for nearly four decades from June 1977 until June 2015.
