Steve Henze

Steve Henze has over 25 years of experience in project management and design, primarily focused on accessibility and traffic signal design. Currently serving as the Director of Accessibility and Accessibility Project Manager at Cole & Associates since March 2012, Steve oversees nationwide projects, trains ADA Data Collectors on proprietary GIS software, and ensures compliance with accessibility standards. Previous roles include Project Manager/Designer at EFK Moen, LLC, and owner of Side Pockets, a restaurant and sports bar franchise. Steve's expertise extends to roadway construction plans, traffic signal coordination, and outdoor advertising permit inspections conducted during tenure at MoDOT. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Truman State University and a Certified Traffic Signal Inspector credential from IMSA.
