Joshua Ramos

Joshua Ramos is an experienced Information Technology System Administrator currently working at Bizzell Corporation and Cole Engineering Services, Inc. since August 2022. In these roles, Joshua provides support as a Network Engineer and Helpdesk technician for Cyber Training and IT networks, collaborating with a team of engineers to assist users and address technical issues. Prior to this, Joshua served as an IT Technician at the Joint Interagency Task Force South, maintaining and upgrading network communication assets for various agencies, and held positions with the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing technical documentation and improving maintenance procedures.
