Mike Gizzi has a diverse background in various industries such as printing, prison ministry, electrician work, creative arts management, and hazardous materials organization. With extensive experience as a production manager, lead press operator, and estimator/engineer, Mike has showcased their skills in job scheduling, quality assurance, talent development, and material management. As the CEO and founder of The Broken, a successful prison ministry, Mike leads a team of volunteers in touring institutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Their accolades include being awarded "Employee of the Quarter" at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and being responsible for innovative projects in creative arts and hazardous waste disposal.
