Jeanie Knoell

Jeanie Knoell has extensive experience in customer service, having worked at Cole-Parmer since September 2010 in various roles, including Customer Experience Trainer and Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included training staff and improving service metrics. Knoell also served as a Customer Service Representative, handling order entries and customer inquiries.
