Sreyashi Chakraborty

Sreyashi Chakraborty has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2017. Sreyashi started their career as a Trainee at Nestle India in 2001 and then worked as a Finance Executive at Coca Cola India from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Hewitt Associates as an Associate, where they handled Budgeting, Forecasting, Book Closure, Reporting, MIS, and also took on consultancy roles in their last year.

In 2008, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Finance Manager and served as the Finance Controller for the Contact Lens division. Sreyashi later moved to Diesel Fashion India Reliance Pvt Ltd, where they were the Head of Finance for Diesel India, responsible for Accounting, Business Planning, Reporting, and Operations.

In 2011, Sreyashi joined Wellspring Healthcare Pvt Ltd as the Finance Director, where they played a key role in establishing Community Medical Centers. Sreyashi also managed the company's funding from PE firms like Catamaran, Blue Cross Blue Shields, and Anil Ambani Venture Capital.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Finance Controller at Goqii Inc, an app-based company providing virtual coaching services and wearable technology in India, the US, and soon in China. The company was funded by PE with approximately INR 60 Cr.

In 2017, Sreyashi took on the role of Director of Finance at Cole-Parmer India, where they provided scientific products to various sectors and oversaw global manufacturing operations.

Additionally, in the same year, they also served as the Director of Finance at Anytilia Scientific India.

Sreyashi Chakraborty obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Calcutta in 1997. Sreyashi then pursued their CA degree in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India, completing it in 2006. In 2015, they acquired a CPA degree in Accounting from the California State Board of Accountancy.
