Laura Wauters

Laura Wauters is an experienced training manager with a focus on the horticultural sector. Currently, at COLEAD since August 2016, Laura oversees the training department and develops training programs aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Previously, roles included coordination of vocational training offerings and project management in technical assistance for the horticultural sector in ACP countries. Prior experience includes positions at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, where Laura contributed to food safety training programs, and supervisory roles at Aucel Investment. Academic credentials include a degree in Bio-engineering specialized in tropical agronomy from the Faculty of Gembloux AgroBiotech, complemented by management training and certifications in quality management and sustainability.
