Winnie Felicia Gunawan

Winnie Felicia Gunawan has experience working as a UX Researcher at CoLearn since April 2021. In this role, they assist in building user-centered experiences and uses various research methods to address and reframe user problems. Winnie Felicia also conducts UX workshops with the research teams.

Prior to that, Winnie worked as a UX Designer at Not too young to from December 2020 to January 2021. Here, they worked remotely with other designers and was responsible for designing social media engagement and revamping the website for improved usability.

Before their role at Not too young to, Winnie was a UX Designer at Hydro Functional from October 2020 to December 2020. In this position, they worked remotely with other designers to improve the clarity of the onboarding process and collaborated on UX copywriting, resulting in 95% of users understanding the service offered based on usability testing.

Winnie Felicia Gunawan completed their education at various institutions and obtained certifications in different fields. In 2018-2019, Winnie attended ACG Pathways Foundation School where they studied a range of subjects including calculus, accounting, macroeconomics, microeconomics, design, marketing, and tourism. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance and Management at Victoria University of Wellington. Alongside their bachelor's degree, in 2020-2021, Winnie also completed an online UX UI Design course at Academy Xi. Winnie Felicia earned a certification in UX UI Transform from Academy Xi in February 2021.
