Dayanna Zúñiga Valverde is the CEO & Founder of iSmart Comply, a Legaltech startup focused on automating business legal services through digital channels and virtual assistants. Dayanna has a background in Compliance coordination, legal compliance specialization, and legal direction in various organizations including the Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Costa Rica, Nassar Abogados Centroamérica, and Ente Costarricense de Acreditación. Dayanna also has experience in advising senior management in areas such as corporate law, public law, and compliance at companies like Correos de Costa Rica and Riteve SyC. Dayanna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Corporate Law, as well as specialized degrees in Notarial and Registry Law, Prevention of Money Laundering, and Compliance.
