Jose Manuel santa Cruz Chao

Jose Manuel Santa Cruz Chao is an accomplished architect and urban planner with over 30 years of continuous membership in the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid. As the director and manager of Estudio de Arquitectura Santa Cruz Chao since 1984, Jose Manuel has held various roles, including being a certified energy efficiency expert and an educator at Universidad Politécnica de Sevilla. Jose Manuel has contributed to urban studies through involvement in the AETU and by leading research on Eco-Cities alongside the London School of Economics. Additionally, Jose Manuel serves as a judicial expert and property appraiser, has represented architects at COAM, and has published articles for the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas.
