Sheila Albornoz Oyarce

Sheila Albornoz Oyarce has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2015. Sheila started as an Administrative Assistant at EL VOLCAN Chile in 2015, then moved to emprende microfinanzas s.a. in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant and in 2017 as an Accounts Receivable Assistant. In 2018 and 2019, they were an Administrative Assistant at emprende microfinanzas s.a. and Duoc UC, respectively. In 2021, they joined Randstad as a Human Resources Analyst and Practicum in Human Resources Engineering and Colektia as the Head of People and a People Analyst.

Sheila Albornoz Oyarce is currently pursuing a Diplomado in Gestión del talento at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, starting in 2021. Sheila previously completed an Ingeniería en Administración de Recursos Humanos at Duoc UC from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Congreso gestión Humana from ASOBOGH in September 2020 and a CIGEH 2019 en Lima, Perú from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) in November 2019.
