Theresa Holland, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Coleman Health Services since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in nursing and healthcare operations. Previously, Theresa held various roles at Optum from April 2014 to May 2023, including Director of Operations for Behavioral Health Utilization Management and Care Management, where oversight of clinical processes and initiatives led to improved performance and compliance. Theresa's healthcare career began in long-term care, advancing from Licensed Practical Nurse to Clinical Team Leader and RN Care Coordinator at Coleman Health Services, where key contributions included developing care coordination positions and participating in critical audits. Educationally, Theresa holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Capella University and advanced nursing degrees from Ohio University, Kent State University, and Akron School of Practical Nursing.
