Jeff McElravy is an experienced public finance and economic development professional with a diverse background in local government and consulting. Currently serving as the Assistant Administrator for Colerain Township since November 2019, Jeff oversees areas such as economic development, finance, planning, zoning, and information technology within a township serving 60,000 residents and managing a $65 million budget. Prior roles include Finance Director for Colerain Township, where Jeff managed financial resources and restructured payroll systems, and Managing Director at Neyer Holdings Corporation/Saint Francis Group, focusing on community-enhancing real estate development. Additionally, Jeff gained significant experience during a decade with the City of Cincinnati, leading various development projects and managing a 100-person department with a $50 million budget. Jeff holds an MPA in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
