Rich Ferguson

Rich Ferguson currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at the Coleridge Initiative since December 2023 and has been President/CTO of Lulius Innovation since June 2017. With a robust background in technology and leadership, Rich held multiple significant positions, including Military Officer in the Army National Guard, where experience includes serving as Commander of the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade and qualifying as a flight instructor for the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. Prior roles encompass Director of Global Technology at Haws, Chief Information Officer at the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and Chief of Engineering at the Executive Office of the President. Rich's educational credentials include a National Security Fellowship from Harvard Kennedy School and multiple degrees from Georgetown University, complemented by certifications in Chief Information Officer from Carnegie Mellon University and extensive military training in aviation.
