Rick Justice

Richard Justice, SMA, LEED AP OM, currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at coletaylorco since March 2019. Previously, Richard held the position of Engineering Manager at Hines from June 2009 to March 2019 and was the Lead Building Engineer at Shea Properties from June 2008 to June 2009. Prior experience also includes serving as Facilities Manager at American Residential Communities from June 2007 to June 2008, Chief Maintenance Engineer at 16th and Welton Investments from June 1997 to June 2007, and Building Engineer at Charter Reality Group from June 1995 to June 1997.
