Larry Coble

Larry Coble was appointed senior vice president of the Colfax Business System and supply chain in February of 2021. Larry has more than 20 years of operations and general management experience across a variety of industries where he focused on developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives. In addition to his Colfax role, Larry will continue to serve as the senior vice president of operations and the Colfax Business System for ESAB, Colfax’s market leading FabTech platform. At ESAB, he successfully led strategy, global operations, manufacturing, and continuous improvement efforts, enabling the company to grow while driving a significant amount of operational cost savings.

Prior to joining ESAB, Larry held a number of roles of increasing responsibility at companies such as LLR Partners, Sungard Availability Systems, and Cooper Industries, which was acquired by Eaton. Larry also served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company for more than three years. Larry holds a BSE in mechanical engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
