Patricia Lang

Patty Lang was appointed Colfax Corporation’s senior vice president and chief human resources officer in 2019. With more than 25 years in human resources and related fields, Patty brings significant expertise, as well as great in-depth knowledge and experience in the diligence, acquisition, and successful integration of complex multicultural companies. Most recently, Patty was the chief people officer for Diebold Nixdorf and was responsible for managing associate-focused initiatives across the organization for more than 24,000 associates.

Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf, Patty held a number of human resource and operations leadership positions at companies such as Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Consol Energy, Mercer Consulting, and Cigna. Patty holds a business degree with a concentration in information technology and management from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Additionally, she holds various certifications in human capital management, mergers and acquisitions, global associate benefits (including C.E.B.S), as well as complex project management, lean manufacturing business systems, and the Toyota Production System.
