Jules Andrew

Jules Andrew currently serves as the Chief Business Services Officer at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Jules Andrew was a member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles, from July 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President for Strategy, Transformation, and Enterprise Operations at RBC from November 2014 to November 2021, as well as multiple senior roles at IBM between 2007 and 2014, including General Manager of the US Services Integration Hub and CFO for Latin America and the UK and Ireland. Jules Andrew holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
