Kristina Karaiskos serves as the Head of Division Brand Design for Home & Personal Care at Colgate-Palmolive since July 2011, overseeing a multi-billion dollar oral care portfolio, including brands such as Colgate Total and Optic White. Kristina has held various roles within Colgate-Palmolive, including Global Brand Design Director for Oral Care and Global Senior Design Leader for Personal Care, managing global teams and leading design strategy across major product lines. Prior to this, Kristina served as Global Senior Design Manager at Procter & Gamble, focusing on visual identity and design strategy for the Retail Hair Colorants category. Kristina began their career as a Global Package Designer at Avon Products Inc. Kristina holds multiple degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an education from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
