Michelle Franchi

Michelle Franchi is Colibri Group’s ecosystems president. Her chief responsibility is ensuring the four industry segments, real estate, appraisal, healthcare, and finance, deliver consistent product experiences and learning solutions across the board. Michelle partners with the president of each business segment to drive performance and arrive at creative solutions across the organization.

Additionally, her work involves organizational and professional development. In this space, Michelle heads Colibri’s efforts to train leaders on the Colibri Way, and she also introduces career opportunities for employees.

When she’s not maintaining ecosystems, Michelle is cooking big Italian dinners for her big Italian family. She also grows a vegetable garden and, while she’s admittedly not the greenest thumb, she loves a good challenge.

Michelle joined the company as general manager nine years ago when Colibri acquired Elite Learning. In this role, she doubled top-line growth and transitioned the organization into an operational center of excellence. Since then, she’s assumed five additional executive roles within the company.

Before Colibri, Michelle worked for EA Sports, leading the digital transformation of one of its most popular product lines, “Madden NFL.” She also managed multiple international product lines for Kodak.

Michelle holds an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
