Jitesh Kumar

Jitesh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Jitesh started their career in 2012 at Morpheus Human Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with colleagues and clients. In 2014, they joined Next Level Business Services, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became a Team Lead Recruitment, where they coordinated activities of a team of technical recruiters and consistently exceeded recruitment goals. In 2015, they joined Global System LLC as an Account Manager and then became a Team Lead / Manager for Talent Acquisition Recruitment, where they managed a team of 12 members and motivated them to perform at a high level. Since 2016, they have been working at Peritus - A Colina Tech Group, first as a Sr. Manager- Client Relations, responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and bringing top technical talent to the table, and currently as an Associate Vice President.

Jitesh Kumar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shobhit University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jitesh has also obtained certifications in Hirist Tech Recruiter and Software Quality testing. Jitesh earned the Hirist Tech Recruiter Certification from hirist.com in March 2023 and the Software Quality testing certification from IT Brain Shapers Pvt Ltd in June 2012.
