Tara Nafziger

Tara Nafziger, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Colite since April 2021, Tara effectively manages 50-60 projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope while minimizing risks. Prior to this role, Tara has been a Human Resources Coordinator at Aramark since July 2019, overseeing 300+ employees and volunteers at collegiate events, and was also a Human Resources Consultant, providing advisory support and developing innovative recruiting strategies. Educationally, Tara holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, a degree in Clinical Mental Health from Wake Forest University Graduate School, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
